Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please note that all rates are based on availability and are subject to change without notice. A guaranteed reservation, made with a valid credit card, is the only way to lock in a price.

When making a reservation, please have the following information accessible:

  • Your name as it appears on your credit card
  • Your credit card number and expiration date
  • The exact dates of stay
  • Room type you would require

Booking Policy:

All guests using a credit card to secure reservations must present a valid identification upon check-in. Nothing is charged on your credit card, at time of reservation; the credit card information is held only as a guarantee for your room reservation.  If you do not arrive in time for check in, please notify our front desk in a timely manner as non-cancellation will result in a night's charge, plus tax, for the reserved room.  One night's deposit is required for hotel reservations of two or more days.  We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discovery Card, American Express Card as valid forms of payment.

Check in time is 11:00 a.m.
Checkout time is 12:00pm.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to check-in in order to avoid cancellation charges of one night room and tax to your credit card.
